A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO REFURBISHMENT! HI THERE!!! Thanks for reading - I love it when folk actually want to hear what I've got to say! My primary target audience for this topic is people who are complete beginners in property and those looking to learn about refurbishments - but if you're already a property pro, hey, you're welcome to stay and have a nosy!
